New installation of Aluminum Die Casting machines:
1 set of Toshiba 800 tons cold chamber die casting machine.
1 set of Toshiba 650 tons cold chamber die casting machine.
1 set of Toshiba 350 tons cold chamber die casting machine.
1 set of Toshiba 200 tons cold chamber die casting machine.
Gravity Casting - Aluminum:
4 x 1m width Casting Machines
4 x Casting robots.
2 x Sand core machines robots.
2 x Automatic sand core Deburring line.
2 x Index holding, Degas furnaces.
3 x Degas System (GBF).
1 x 2MT Melting furnace (gas).
Capacity 80 tons per month.
Investment Casting (Lost Wax)
Wax Injection machines
2 Fully Automatic Coasting Lines. 1 million pcs casting (>1kg)
Automative Casting lines.
Casting Capacity 450 – 500 tons per months.
CNC Machining：
Total 168 sets of CNC turning machines and Machining Centers.
5th Axis (Diameter 800), 4th Axis , Twin Spindle, Grinding
Robots loading / unload and deburring.
